Senior Java Backend Lead - Agile SDLC Champion

A global information solutions provider in Colombia is seeking a Lead, Applications Development to provide technical leadership and enhance backend applications primarily in Java (J2EE). The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in leading development teams within Agile and/or Waterfall environments. You will manage the full software development lifecycle and ensure secure coding standards are enforced. This hybrid position requires two days of in-office work per week.
