Overview
The Senior KOL Specialist is responsible for leading and managing influencer/KOL strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales. This role will oversee the full influencer lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiation to campaign execution and performance optimization—while guiding the KOL team to ensure high‑quality output and alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic KOL/influencer marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard KOLs/KOCs suitable for the target market and brand positioning.
- Create strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and talent managers.
