SENIOR LABORATORY AND COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENT MANAGER (R&D ENVIRONMENT)

We are recruiting a Senior Laboratory and Compliance Assessment Manager for a leading multinational industrial company , located near Pamplona (Spain) . This role combines an initial phase leading an international transformation project with the management of the Laboratory and Compliance Assessment team (validation, testing, and regulatory compliance). Key Responsibilities: Lead the team strategy (20 employees) , aligning product development, validation, and regulatory compliance with business objectives. Manage and drive the transformation project , coordinating resources, teams, and timelines. Oversee and develop the laboratory team (test engineering and technicians). Supervise product verification, validation, and certification activities , ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with national and international standards.
