 Senior Labour Attorney   
One of our clients, a well-established specialist labour law firm based in Pretoria, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Senior Labour Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert labour law services, representing clients in labour-related disputes, and managing employment law matters from consultation through to litigation.  
 POSITION INFO:  
Minimum Requirements LLB Degree (required). LLM specialising in Employment or Labour Law (advantageous). Minimum of 5 years post-admission experience as an Attorney. Proven specialist experience in Employment and Labour Law. Extensive experience appearing in CCMA proceedings and labour-related litigation. Strong drafting skills relating to legal pleadings, employment contracts, disciplinary policies, and related documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
