A leading multinational company specialized in the development, financing, operation and long-term maintenance of infrastructure projects is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join its Legal Department. The company is also active in renewable energy projects, data centers, and other initiatives related to new industrial technologies. 
PROFILE Senior lawyer specialised in infrastructures, concessions and energy; with extensive experience in bidding process, land banking, permitting, M&A (including due diligence), corporate financing and project finance; drafting and negotiating contracts (EPC, O&M, others); being involved in management of commercial companies; able to get involved in the operational aspects of the business; and work in a dynamic and global environment.
