Responsibilities •Business improvement capability: provide a holistic view across client’s business strategies, information requirements, processes, organization and technology to help them create, validate and execute their business plans.•Managing large span and P&L•Delivery and (ideally) business development experience in business transformation.•High energy, EQ and outstanding communication skills; written, oral.•Proven ability to lead, develop and guide teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth.•Creates and maintains a result-oriented and positive collaborative culture within the engagement.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business problems.•Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.•Establishes, maintains and develops strong relationships across Management and verticals.•Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems.•Should have knowledge of tools like SAP etc. Educational Requirements Graduate
