  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a for Building Services at their Cape Town office.
  
 Responsibilities:
  
 Electrical Building Services Design Engineer managing own projects and Electrical Design teams for Building Services Projects.
 Manage and contract supervision of Building Services projects – MV and LV expertise.
 Report writing, compiling of technical specification and bills of quantities.
 Prepare contract documentation.
 Liaise with clients, staff, and other professionals from inception to handover phase.
  
 Requirements: 
 BEng/BSc Eng, BTech in Electrical (Heavy Current) Engineering
 Must be professionally registered. (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng)
 10 years’ post grad experience
 Must be Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
 Previous Consulting Engineering experience
