Job Description Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, the department head, and the regional team to align training programs with strategic goals. Design, develop, and update training materials, courses, and resources. Ensure learning content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
