You will focus on leadership development and targeted talent programmes, ensuring our teams have the skills and mindset to deliver strong results. This is a hands-on role with strategic exposure, where you will design and implement structured, high-quality learning solutions in close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business. This position is permanent and based in Munich.
