Senior Legal Consultant

Must Haves:

• 10+ years PQE of practicing labor and employment law most recently/currently in-house within a complex international organization, professional services, or similar industry
• Spanish qualified employment lawyer, with deep strategic and operational employment law expertise in an international organization and experience advising across different jurisdictions
• Experienced at managing outside legal advisers and other providers of expert advice on employee matters
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining high-quality, risk-based advice
• English and Spanish fluency

Plusses:

• Fluency in any other language
• Firm experience early in career
• Litigation experience
