Senior Legal Counsel

Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our client, an international insurance provider, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support for an initial duration of 3–6 months. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate insurance distribution contracts, lead generation agreements and contracts with payment providers Provide legal advice on matters such as distribution, cross‑selling, licensing and territoriality Conduct legal feasibility checks Review insurance product documentation at FOS level, POG and customer sales journey Draft and review insurance policies, IPIDs, and supplementary documentation as well as customer communications Experience & Qualifications At least 8 years of legal experience Strong background in insurance law and products Ability to work independently and deliver results in an international environment Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus What We Offer At Alpinum S...
