Job Description
Provide legal advice and support on insurance defense litigation matters, handling cases from start to finish.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to insurance claims and litigation.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court appearances and mediations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Work closely with external counsel to manage litigation strategies and outcomes.
Offer guidance on risk management and mitigation strategies.
Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations in Alberta.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders and clients.
