Reporting directly to the Head Group Legal / Deputy General Counsel, you will lead and coordinate the legal workstream of domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions, draft and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial agreements, advise on financing transactions, oversee litigation and dispute resolution, and support the preparation of Annual General Meetings and corporate reports.
