Senior Legal Manager

About the role - We are seeking an experienced legal professional to manage contract negotiations, streamline legal processes, and oversee contract and litigation management. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient legal operations. What You'd Do? Litigation Management: Manage litigation matters, ability to brief Senior Management and external counsels (NCLT, Recovery suits before Civil Courts, Criminal matters/Cheque bounce matters/HC/SC filings) by maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with external counsel, and supporting the resolution of disputes as needed Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Independently draft, negotiate, review, and revise a wide range of contract documents with high efficiency and fast turnaround times.
