Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee LV electrical design activities across multiple projects and site locations
- Manage and support a team of Electrical Design Engineers, ensuring high technical standards and project delivery
- Support compliance activities and client site assessments
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers within the team
- Ensure all designs meet relevant technical specifications, standards and QA requirements
- Work closely with clients, project teams and site teams throughout project deliveryDrive continuous improvement and engineering best practice across the design function
Qualifications
- Strong background in LV electrical design and industrial systems
- Previous leadership or management experience
