Senior M&A Liability Underwriter

Ryan Specialty is seeking a Transactional Liability Underwriter in Madrid, responsible for optimizing underwriting strategies and managing risk in M&A transactions. This role collaborates with internal teams to analyze contracts, tailor coverage, and drive profitable deals.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or Risk Management and at least 5 years of experience in underwriting. A State P&C or surplus line license is required, with additional certifications a plus.
