• Lead research, prototype, and help ship AI/ML and agentic systems that improve the Acronis Cyber Protect platform across protection, recovery, management, and user workflows.
• Design and implement intelligent automation and assistant‑like experiences that help users and MSPs with configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and 'next best action' guidance.
