What is the opportunity? The Senior Mainframe Software Developer is an exciting & challenging opportunity for a Software engineer to make an impact and develop leadership skills. You will design, develop and build complex technology solutions that drive operational excellence and transformational improvements to stability, performance and resilience of Retail Investments Technology platform. You will also explore and innovate on latest AI technologies that RBC has to offer in solving real world problems. You will take on challenges to build and implement GenAI based solutions that drive software development efficiencies, automation of manual operational processes and reduction of production issue resolution time improving client experience. You will also partner with cross-functional teams across engineering and business stakeholders to deliver high‑impact features and enhancements, turning requirements into business and client value.
