Lead a large, site‑based maintenance team within the North American Fulfilment Network, ensuring equipment uptime, maintenance execution, and project delivery in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a maintenance team of at least 80 people, including Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
- Develop and implement maintenance business plans and reliability strategies to maximize facility uptime.
