Position Overview Ottomate is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our international clients for a highly driven and proactive Sr. Manager, Incident Management role. This position is responsible for leading and evolving the Incident Management practice within a fast-paced SaaS and cloud operations environment. The selected candidate will manage a team of Incident Managers while driving high-impact incident response processes across enterprise platforms and customer-facing systems.
