Job Description
 :The role is responsible for leading the business growth and client engagement agenda of client app by owning engagement journeys & related opportunity areas, commercialization initiatives, and adoption outcomes. The role ensures client app not only delivers core servicing capability, but also supports client interaction, advisor-connect opportunities, consent journeys, and measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
 
Lead client engagement strategy for One Web One App by shaping journeys that strengthen registration, interaction, consent participation, and advisor connection opportunities, in order to improve client engagement and deepen platform usage.
Drive growth and commercialization initiatives by identifying business opportunities, defining adoption actions, and partnering with relevant teams, in order to ensure the platform contributes to measurable business outcomes beyond core servicing.
