Key Responsibilities- Manages all activities related to contractual and commercial issues, including contracts with clients, partnering agreements, exclusivity/tie‑up arrangements with vendors/subcontractors, and related contractual terms and conditions.
- Conducts risk review processes, identifying, mitigating, and managing contractual risks during the pre‑qualification and bidding stages, until contract award.
- Supports and manages contracts risk identification, mitigation, and management during pre‑qualification and bidding.
- Participates as a member of the Risk Review Committee.
