Senior Manager - Enterprise Governance and Strategy Planning (EPPG)

Position Overview The Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance and Process Governance (EPPG) plays a critical enterprise role in driving how the organisation governs processes, monitors performance, and leading the harmonization of end-to-end processes, strengthening process ownership and operating model coherence. Role & Responsibilities Lead in the design, standardisation, and simplification of complex endtoend processes spanning multiple domains and delivery models. Diagnose structural overlaps, control gaps, and crossorganisational friction points, and drive deep harmonisation to establish a coherent, scalable, and sustainable way of working across the enterprise. Design, institutionalise, and steward organisation-wide process governance frameworks that balance rigour with agility.
