The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to capital markets or broking environments, with the ability to drive insights, ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline financial processes.

Job Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Manage monthly closing activities and ensure timely finalization of books
• Prepare Monthly MIS reports and present actionable insights to management
• Develop custom reports and dashboards for KPIs, including:
• Brokerage income analysis
• Proprietary trading P&L
• Client-level profitability
• Margin utilisation
• Cost income ratios
• Conduct trend analysis and financial forecasting
