Senior / Manager, HSE

The HSE Manager leads and manages the Health, Safety & Environment function. The role ensures full compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements (e.g., WSH Act, Fire Safety Act, SCDF regulations, NEA requirements) and other relevant requirements such as inhouse or corporate requisites. Responsible for developing, implementing, sustaining, and continually improving HSE management systems to support a high‑reliability manufacturing environment involving chemicals, high‑energy equipment, and cleanroom operations. The role ensures risk controls are robust, incidents are minimized, audits are managed effectively, and the HSE culture is advanced across the site. Provide necessary support to the site and various teams to drive compliance and awareness of HSE.
