DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Senior Manager, Human Resources Programs and Services is responsible for the development and implementation of long-term strategies, programs and policies in the areas of HR planning, Performance and Talent Management, Classification and Organizational Design, Training and Development, Official Languages, Employment Equity, Pay Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Recognition, HR Reporting, Staffing and Recruitment.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or an acceptable combination of education, training /or experience.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in at least two of the fields of Staffing, Classification, HR Planning, Learning or Talent Management, including:
