Duties: Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable to responding to email in the Interior Design mailbox. Expectation is a 24-hour response rate.
- Review Design submittals for renovation and conversion projects as required.
- Assist Renovation Team in writing PIPs (Property Improvement plans).
- May need to assist with SPEXX as required.
- Will assist ID leads with paint flyers and manufacturer direct layouts.
- Participates in company events, takes initiative, and contributes to the overall culture and success of Client Hotels and Resorts.
