Senior Manager, Internal Audit (Construction & Development)
We are looking
for someone who has:Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business, engineering, quantity surveying, or related disciplines.
A Qualified Class 1 or Class 2 Cost Engineer of PRC and/or Chartered Professional of Quantity Surveyor (QS) with MRICS or HKIS is definitely an advantage.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction/property project management or audit, preferably with global organizations or professional services firms. Lodging/hospitality industry experience would be an advantage.
Minimum of 4 years in a managerial role, demonstrating leadership and team coaching abilities.
Excellent time and project management skills. Experience in leading co-sourcing projects with external consultants is an advantage.
