Senior Manager, Operational Excellence

We are looking for an experienced and development-driven leader to drive Operational Excellence, process development and continuous improvement at Fazer Confectionery. In this role, you will lead the development of the Production phase in the Forecast‑to‑Production end‑to‑end process and play a key role in supporting Fazer Confectionery strategy and the FC2030 Transformation Programme. You will work closely with factory management, Production, Supply Chain and R&D to improve performance, strengthen capabilities and build sustainable ways of working across the factory.
