Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership and Project resource Management
  • Drive OSAT Operations Planning and Control (OPC) and backend OPC process harmonization between sites and subcontractors, reducing complexity and ensuring consistency.
  • Lead and manage subcontractor Process Integration projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing risks.
  • Act as the point of escalation for team members, stakeholders, and subcontractor partners, resolving high‑priority issues and mitigating risks.
  • Identify potential challenges early, assess their impact, and develop strategies to resolve them effectively.
  • Oversee performance management, encourage development through coaching and training, and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
