Job Description

The Product Owner is a member of the Agile Team responsible for defining Stories, prioritizing the Team Backlog, and ensuring the team delivers value in every iteration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Backlog Management
• Owns and maintains the Team Backlog.
• Writes User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Prioritizes backlog items based on business value and dependencies.
• Ensures the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders.
2. Iteration Planning
• Collaborates with the team during Iteration Planning to define and commit to work.
• Clarifies story details and acceptance criteria.
• Ensures stories are ready for development..
3. Collaboration
• Works closely with:
• Product Management to understand features and priorities.
• Scrum Master to facilitate team processes.
• System Architect/Engineering for technical guidance.
