A global data centre developer and operator is now scaling rapidly across Europe, they are hiring a Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery on mission-critical builds.
The role
- You'll own the mechanical scope from design through to commissioning. Day to day, you'll be:
- Planning and managing the full mechanical package across HVAC, chilled water systems, chillers, piping, ventilation and BMS interfaces.
- Leading contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver on programme, budget and spec.
- Reviewing designs and drawings against client requirements, codes and standards.
- Overseeing installation, testing and commissioning on site.
- Driving quality control, H&S compliance and adherence to ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO and NFPA standards.
