About this role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the S15 Accounting and General Ledger (GL) function within the ARC Central Hub at VOIS Pune. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality financial reporting and accounting services to key local markets including Germany, Romania, and the Czech Republic. The individual will oversee a team of 10–15 professionals, ensuring accurate revenue and OPEX accounting, statutory reporting, and internal controls. The role also involves driving automation initiatives and supporting transitions from local markets.
What you’ll do

Lead and supervise the Record to Report (RTR) team focusing on IFRS15 (S15), revenue accounting, and OPEX accounting.
Oversee month-end assessments, including Generic POB, Tech Fund, Rebate True Ups, and accruals.
Manage external audits and statutory reporting requirements.
