In this role, you will:• Budget: Management of budget for ITAM tools (e.g. ServiceNow), third-party service providers (e.g. Softchoice), staffing (permanent and temporary), and for centralized budgets for core enterprise software (e.g. IBM, Oracle, etc)
• Talent management: Permanent, contract, temporary and graduate trainees
• Lead third-party ITAM resources: Supervisory responsibility for third-party resources supporting ITAM activity (e.g. Kyndryl)
• Financial: Oversight of spending on technology asset support, which includes hardware, software, cloud services, support, maintenance and hardware disposal, pricing strategies for IT Assets, intragroup pricing arrangements, and catalogue management
• Environment: Endpoints and edge devices, software and SaaS vendors, on-premises data center assets, and cloud services
• Other: Liability management and remediation tracking for compliance exposures and balance sheet provisions
