**Job Description Summary:**
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (US) is a key leader on Rocket Software’s Talent Acquisition team. This is a player-coach role responsible for leading the US recruiting team while personally owning a portfolio of high-impact, revenue-generating requisitions. The role partners closely with GTM and People leaders to translate business strategies into hiring plans, with a primary focus on Sales and other GTM roles across all levels.
This leader will build and execute hiring strategies, develop scalable recruiting programs, and strengthen Rocket’s ability to attract and assess top talent.
