Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Marketplace Operations Role Overview The Talent Acquisition role would entail owning global supply efforts for the company’s content and creative business. This role is responsible for building a scalable, high-quality, and compliant talent ecosystem across freelancers, contractors, and specialized creative professionals in the US market. The role goes beyond executional hiring and focuses on supply strategy, readiness, utilization, and unit economics to support enterprise and mid-market clients in North America.
