Senior manufacturing cutting engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cutting Engineer to join our growing automotive manufacturing team. This role is responsible for leading cutting operations, optimizing material utilization, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, productivity, and efficiency within the cutting process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize cutting operations for automotive textile, leather, and trim components. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce material waste. Analyze cutting efficiency, yield performance, and production capacity. Support new product launches and coordinate cutting process readiness. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Maintenance teams. Ensure compliance with customer specifications and automotive industry standards.
