Implement customer engineering changes. Functions as a link between design and manufacturing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and implementation of tools and documentation for processes related to SMT, THT, Back end technologies. Provide continuous improvement projects and analyze processes and methods to improve productivity. Provide support to the different areas in the corrective actions that result from customer complaints and/or audits. Any additional tasks requested by the supervisor according to the company's needs. Identify and improve product quality, process capability, performance, and product reliability. Prepare and maintain documentation for production and manufacturing instructions. Provide in the Manufacturing Instructions the customer's requirements and train operators on the product requirements. Assist operators and group leaders in manufacturing processes.
