Senior Manufacturing Engineer Location: Peterlee, County Durham 
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract (Up to 12 Months) 
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with flexible timing options) 
Salary/Rate: Competitive hourly rate £24-£29 per hour (Equivalent to £49,500+ per annum) 
Travel: Not required 
About the Role We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a world-class heavy manufacturing facility in Peterlee. In this role, you will provide the technical expertise necessary to design, develop, and implement complex manufacturing systems, operations, and sophisticated machinery. 
You will be part of a forward-thinking Manufacturing Engineering team responsible for developing cost-effective processes, launching new products (NPI), and driving continuous improvement utilizing the latest 3D virtual visualization and production validation techniques.
