Senior Marketing Operations Specialist (Workfront & Automation)

The brief

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist with strong expertise in Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and Workfront Planning to join our team.

In this role, you’ll design and optimize workflows, build automations, and work closely with clients to deliver efficient and scalable marketing operations solutions. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving processes, and working directly with stakeholders, this role is for you.

Workfront Administration

• Configure and manage Adobe Workfront (Projects, Templates, Custom Forms, Layouts, etc.)
• Build and maintain request queues and intake processes
• Troubleshoot system issues and support day-to-day platform usage
• Ensure best practices and consistency across implementations
