Some engineering roles ask you to maintain what exists. This one asks you to build what doesn't yet.

You'll be joining a well-funded company at a genuinely exciting stage - test complete, now scaling. The product is physical, complex, and designed to be manufactured at volume. Your job is to own a significant subsystem end-to-end, make smart decisions under uncertainty, and build things that can actually be made.

The team is small, the scope is large, and the culture has no room for passengers.

The role

You’ll take full ownership of a product subsystem within a larger integrated system - from design intent through to manufacturable outcomes. You’ll work alongside structural, MEP, and controls engineers, collaborate with offshore manufacturing partners, and be expected to challenge the brief when the brief needs challenging.
