Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Equipment Design :Design and select mechanical equipment, including pumps, blowers, lifting equipment, penstocks, tanks, pressure vessels, and piping components (pipes, fittings, valves, strainers, etc.).Prepare datasheets and specifications for mechanical equipment and piping components for Request for Quotation (RFQ). Tendering & Procurement Support :Prepare RFQs, evaluate vendor offers, conduct technical comparisons, and provide recommendations to the procurement team. Plant Layout & Piping Design :Develop plant layouts with utilities and design GA drawings and piping layouts for STP, WTP, and ETP process buildings.Design piping systems using materials such as GRP, ductile iron, HDPE, uPVC, stainless steel, and carbon steel for both above-ground and buried installations.
