REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Good proficiency in English Medior B2 (mandatory) / Senior C1 (mandatory)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or SRE
- Strong experience with Azure in production environments (AWS or GCP experience is a meaningful plus)
- Solid command of Kubernetes and container orchestration (AKS, EKS, or GKE)
- Proven IaC experience with Terraform and/or Ansible
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows and tooling (ArgoCD, Flux, or equivalent)
- Experience operating monitoring and observability stacks
- Ownership mindset: takes full responsibility for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure changes
- Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of working alongside software developers
- Able to write clear documentation, post-mortems, and runbooks
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
