Role SummaryYou will be responsible and focused on improving tool performance and availability, in charge of maintenance, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle time requirements in the specific module (Diffusion, Etch (Dry & WET), Photolithography, Metrology, Physical Vapor Deposition, Thin Film - Chemical Vapor Deposition or Chemical Mechanical Planarization).
