Project Description:  

We are seeking a Network Escalation Engineer position in support of our Managed Services global business. 

Our goal is to provide a senior top-tier networking professional as a lead point of escalation for client‘s public and private Cloud environments and services. The candidate will support client‘s cloud operations when called upon to lead troubleshooting efforts in collaboration with Service, Operations, Security, customer IT and Networking, customer Telco partners, Microsoft, and Palo Alto Networks. The Network Engineer must have expertise with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) & Microsoft Azure. Good incident management practices, including regular written escalation updates during incidents and summaries and RCAs post-incident. The position will receive direction from the Manager of Global Cloud Operations.
