Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Sr Network Engineers to support new infrastructure projects for a retail customer's Network Datacenter team. Support would include some travel to Austin, otherwise 3 days per week on site in Coppell, TX.
Key responsibilities include:
-Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (L2/L3 support)
-Configure and maintain Cisco network security and access solutions
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and performance
-Monitor network systems and proactively address performance or security concerns
-Provide documentation and support for network configurations and changes
