We are seeking a skilled SD-WAN Network L3 Support Engineer with expertise in Viptela to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for our SD-WAN solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure. Mandarin speaking is required to cater clients from Mandarin speaking countries.
Key Responsibilities:
SD-WAN & WAN Technologies
- Design, implement, and optimize SD-WAN solutions using Cisco and other leading vendors.
- Configure and troubleshoot WAN technologies including MPLS, DMVPN , and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP ).
- Lead migration projects from legacy WAN to SD-WAN architecture.
- Develop and maintain SD-WAN policies, templates, and performance baselines.
