Responsibilities
- Experience in installation, testing, implementing and commission IT infrastructure and ensure reliability and efficiency
- Undertake projects on new or existing network implementation and enhancement
- Work closely with pre‑sales to plan for post sale activities on proposed solutions and consultancy services
- Understand and be able to articulate the pain points experienced by customers
- Conduct fault analysis and verification test on recovered malfunction equipment or accessories from fault calls
