Lead a team to support the Singtel SD-WAN platform products and services in all aspects of maintenance and operations. 

To represent and lead the Platform Operations in either simple or complex technical issues and participate in highly escalated cases to ultimately resolve untoward incidents for the satisfactory performance of SD-WAN platforms. 

To execute configuration changes as supported by work orders and change requests after careful review and testing. 

To govern all SD-WAN platforms in terms of security vulnerabilities, incidents and remediation.
