As a Structural Engineer you will be responsible for leading the structural engineering design of offshore topsides, jackets, and platforms within FEED and EPC projects. The role involves technical oversight, quality assurance, and coordination across disciplines to deliver compliant and safe offshore structures.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage structural engineering deliverables including calculations, design reports, and specifications
- Perform and review structural analysis using tools such as SACS, SESAM, or STAAD for topsides, jackets, and decks
- Develop and review structural design basis, load calculations, and fatigue/dynamic analyses
- Coordinate with piping, mechanical, naval architecture, and weight control disciplines
